About
One person, doing the work.
No account manager, no offshore team you never meet, no 'we' that turns out to be one bloke and a template. You talk to the person who builds it.
The short version
I'm Kuldeepsinh. I'm an IT engineer working out of Eastlakes in Sydney's east, and I build websites, after-hours AI reception and search visibility for service businesses.
My background is the engineering side of this — systems, integrations, and the last few years spent deep in AI automation while it went from a curiosity to something you can actually run a business on. What struck me was how little of it had reached the businesses that would benefit most. A plumber losing six calls a day doesn't need a strategy deck or an enterprise platform. They need the phone answered.
The gap isn't the technology any more — it's that nobody local is putting it together properly for a business with three vans and no IT department. That's the job I've given myself.
So that's Beacon: the things that genuinely work — a fast site, an assistant that answers, being findable in both Google and AI search — engineered properly and priced for businesses that were told this stuff wasn't for them.
How I work
- Fixed prices, written down. No hourly billing, no invoice that arrives bigger than expected.
- You own everything. Domain, hosting, profile, accounts, documentation — all in your name.
- No ranking or revenue guarantees. Promising results you can't control is misleading conduct, and I'm not doing it.
- I'll tell you when it's not worth it. Some businesses don't need what I sell. Saying so costs me one job and earns me the referrals.
- Compliance isn't an afterthought. Consent before recording, spam law on outreach, privacy on data. It's part of the build.
